LOCATION

DRIVING SOUTH ON 190:
1. Exit at
Judge Tanner Blvd. (formerly
Fairway Dr.). Turn left (heading east)
under
Hwy. 190.
2. Turn right (south) at 1st traffic light onto
service road. Our building
is the 3rd on
your left, Premier Medical Center.

SOUTH FROM 1-12:
1. Exit 63 Mandeville, head south (this is Hwy. 190).
2. Exit at Judge Tanner
Blvd. (formerly Fairway Drive). Turn left (heading east)
under Hwy. 190.
3. Turn right (south) at 1st traffic
light onto service road. Our
building is the 3rd on
your left, Premier Medical Center.

NORTH FROM CAUSEWAY:
1. Coming off the Causeway, you'll be on Hwy. 190 (continue north).
2. Exit (east) at Judge
Tanner Blvd. (formerly
Fairway Dr.).
3. Continue east toward
Lakeview Hospital.
4. Turn right (south) at the
1st traffic light onto the
service road. Our building
