- PAYMENT & INSURANCE
- Premier MRI 4U accepts most insurance plans as well
as a credit card. We also have excellent cash prices and billing
options.
Please remember to bring the order form from your doctor as well as
your insurance information, including any pre-authorizations from your
physician.
- BILLING INFORMATION:
Billing information might be necessary, including: a referral from
your physician, insurance cards, pre-certification and
authorization numbers, Worker’s Compensation authorization if work
related. The Premier MRI scanner is located in our new Medical suite.
